IHF Present Scottish Water Case Study on Human Factors in Water Quality at CIEHF Ergonomics & Human Factors 2025

This project marked the initial steps for Scottish Water to become an emerging human factors organisation, with a focus in the future on becoming a learning organisation with a just and fair culture regarding the human contribution to water quality events and within the broader organisation.

James Cree and Jodie Dix — IHF Human Factors Consultants — presented a poster on “Human Factors in Water Quality” in relation to Scottish Water at the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF) Ergonomics & Human Factors 2025 event in Burton upon Trent, England. The event was held from the 28th to the 30th of April. IHF is a CIEHF accredited registered consultancy and we enjoyed networking and sharing knowledge with our ergonomics and human factors colleagues.
