Dr. Chizaram Nwankwo and Michael Shermon — IHF Human Factors Consultants — visited the Wessex Water Avonmouth water recycling centre in Bristol, England from the 9th to the 10th of October 2025 to facilitate the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF) accredited “An Introduction to Safety Critical Task Analysis (SCTA)” IHF training course.
IHF are providing ongoing support to Wessex Water teams in relation to their SCTA processes and COMAH-critical tasks compliance that includes the implementation of IHF SaaS TASC™ software.
