E-Learning Development & Online Marketer

IHF Ltd is an Edinburgh-based award-winning Human Factors consultancy, staffed by ex-military pilots. Specifically in the Oil & Gas, process, safety/engineering, nuclear, finance and transport (aviation, shipping and rail) sectors, we help organisations mitigate the negative impacts of HF and, using a range of proven tools, techniques and training methods, help reduce human error whilst improving performance and user well-being.

To support us, we have a vacancy for an E-Learning Developer to join our exciting and dynamic company and help develop new e-learning content from scratch for a newly acquired client, to review and refresh existing e-learning, promote e-learning and other company tools on-line and measure this activity using Google Analytics.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with an ability to work on their own initiative. Required skills are the ability to animate, produce short videos and develop engaging dynamic content. Though not required, Articulate Storyline 2 has been used by us to create our earlier E-Learning content. Familiarity with this software will be a plus. Preferable, although not essential, content and marketing skills would form a small but crucial part of the role.

Candidates must have the ability to work on their own and as part the IHF Team. Some of this work can be done remotely and some will involve face to face contact in Edinburgh.

This position will be for approximately 3 months with an immediate start.

Salary £1,400 per month (gross).

Limited business-related expenses can be refunded.

Please apply with CV and covering letter to susan@www.website.ihf.co.uk.
